Mrs. Donna Marie Deviney Love, 56, a resident of 403 N. Leonard Road, died Monday afternoon, February 27, 2012 in the Lexington Medical Center. She was born May 9, 1955 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, a daughter of Leland and Evelyn Deviney. She was formerly employed with Forsyth Medical Center for twenty years, recently serving as a private duty CNA in Home Health Care. She was a loving wife, mother and caregiver to many people. Surviving are her husband Roland Leroy Love of the home; a son, Steven Blaine Love and fiance Sara Blackwell of the home; step-daughters, Lagenia Creech and husband Mark of East Bend, and Teresa Snow of Denton; step-son, Roland Leroy Love, Jr. of Thomasville; brother, Ronnie Deviney of Winston-Salem; nephew, Ronnie Deviney, Jr. of King; and Seven Step-Grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 1, 2012, at 2 P.M. in Denton Wesleyan Church with Rev. Charlie Collins officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Roland Leroy Love, Sr., 67, passed away on Tuesday, March 25, 2014, at his residence. He was born on February 21, 1947, in Dillon Co., SC, to Maston Steven Love and Emma Mae Caulder Love. He attended Denton Wesleyan Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Sara Love; and a brother, James William Love. He was married to Donna Marie Deviney Love who preceded him in death on February 27, 2012. Surviving are two daughters, Lagenia Creech and husband Mark of East Bend, NC, and Teresa Love Snow of Denton; two sons, Roland Leroy Love, Jr. of Denton, and Steven Blaine Love and wife Sara of Lexington; one sister, Norma Jean Kivett and husband Johnny of Trinity; six brothers, Rev. Maston Love, Jr. and wife Billie of Lexington, Lewis Love and wife Gaynell of Thomasville, Sellers Love of Thomasville, Donald Love and wife Patsy of Thomasville, Arthur Love and wife Vicky of Denton, and Harolson Love and wife Phyllis of Silver Valley; and eight grandchildren, Kristina Creech, Joseph Creech, Wesley Snow, Zilpha Snow, Daniel Snow, Levi Snow, Dylan Love, and Brooklyn Love. Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 28, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. at Denton Wesleyan Church in Denton, NC with Rev. Jason Weekly officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
