Mary Juanita West Chapman, age 86, of Greer, SC, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 at Pelham Medical Center.

Native of Spartanburg County, daughter of the late William Edward and Bessie Garrett West; widow of Frank Chapman.

A member of Moore Church of Christ.

Survivors include six daughters, Yvonne Foster, Wanda Chapman and Karen Weathers of Spartanburg, Donna Rawls of Inman, Teresa Smith of Duncan and Bernice Timmons of Woodruff; one son, Frank Chapman Jr. of Union; one brother, Maxie West of Spartanburg; eleven grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.

Predeceased by a brother, Billy West; and one grandchild.

Visitation was held 2:00-2:45 PM, Monday May 21, 2018 at Forest Hills Funeral Home.

Funeral Service followed at 3:00 p.m. in The Stribling Memorial Chapel. Interment was in Moore Church of Christ Cemetery.

Frank Chapman, 70, of Jonesville, SC, died Monday, January 6, 2003, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Native of Spartanburg, son of the late William Vernon and Rittie Iretta Brown Chapman.

A retired house painter; member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include his wife, Mary Juanita West Chapman of Spartanburg; six daughters, Yvonne Foster, Wanda Chapman, Karen Weathers, Donna Rawls, Teresa Smith, and Bernice Timmons; a son, Frank Chapman, Jr.; five sisters, Annie May Dutton, Emma Hamby, Betty Fleming, Barbara Daniels, and Patricia Pope; a brother, David (Tucker) Chapman; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a number of nieces and nephews; and a special friend, Cindy Dunaway of Jonesville.

Visitation was 4:00 - 5:00 p.m., Thursday, January 9, 2003, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel.

Memorial services followed at 5:00 p.m. at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel conducted by Pastor Michael Lamb.
