I, Elizabeth Whiteside, being of sound mind and memory. I wish my executor to pay my funeral expenses and just debts. I give to my daughter A.C. Blanton, wife of B.S. Blanton, deceased my negro girl Ester, now in there possession. I will the remainder of my property that that I may have at my death to be devided between my two daughters S.E. Lynch, the wife of E.M. Lynch, and A.C. Banton not taking the property willed by my husband A.M. Whiteside, deceased. I appoint my son-in-law E.M. Lynch my executor. Witness: R.O. Ledbettor, Jurant; T.R. Edgerton.
